Terms of Service

Effective date: October 11, 2026 · Questions: [email protected]

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Friday Advertising ("Friday," "we," "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Our services

Friday provides:

  • Advertising accounts. Access to agency advertising accounts on platforms such as Meta and Google, provisioned through our agency partnerships.
  • Top-up service. Processing of funds into your advertising accounts via cryptocurrency or bank transfer, subject to our commission rates confirmed at onboarding.
  • Account management. A dedicated account manager to support your use of the services.

2. Eligibility and onboarding

Our services are available to businesses and professional advertisers only. You must provide accurate information about your business, advertising verticals, target GEOs, and expected volume during onboarding. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Accounts are provided for your use under the terms confirmed in your onboarding agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the accounts and services only for lawful advertising activity. You must not:

  • advertise products or services that are illegal in the jurisdictions you target;
  • run deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading advertising;
  • use the accounts to distribute malware, phishing content, or infringe third-party rights;
  • misrepresent your identity or the nature of your business to us or to advertising platforms;
  • resell, transfer, or share accounts without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for breach of this section.

4. Fees, top-ups, and settlement

Commission rates are confirmed by your account manager at onboarding and apply to every top-up. Cryptocurrency and bank transfer settlement times are estimates, not guarantees; actual times depend on network and banking conditions. Minimum top-up amounts may apply as communicated at onboarding. You are responsible for ensuring funds sent to us are from lawful sources and that payment details you provide are accurate.

5. Replacement guarantee

Where your onboarding agreement includes a replacement guarantee, the scope, duration, and conditions of that guarantee (including any migration of remaining balances) are as set out in that agreement. If these Terms and an individual onboarding agreement conflict, the onboarding agreement prevails for that engagement.

6. Platform rules

Advertising platforms (including Meta and Google) have their own terms and policies. You remain responsible for complying with the rules of each platform you advertise on and with applicable advertising laws and regulations.

7. No guarantees of advertising results

We provide account and payment infrastructure. We make no promise regarding advertising performance, approval of specific campaigns, or continuity of any third-party platform's service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friday is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising balances caused by third-party platform actions. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the services is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time. We will settle outstanding balances in accordance with your onboarding agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Friday Advertising's registered business location, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. .
